About me

My name is Mohamed Tito Abbara, and I am a final-year BBA student in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Alongside my studies, I work in my family business, T&Z Building Maintenance, where I am involved in both on-site operations and office management.

Through this role, I take part in general project coordination, communication, planning, and day-to-day decision-making, while also gaining hands-on experience on active contracting sites. This combination has helped me understand how contracting works in real life, from managing people and resources to solving practical problems as they arise.

This blog was created as part of my MIS-155 coursework and serves as a space where I document real contracting experience, share project insights, and reflect on what I have learned while working in the business. The goal is to connect academic knowledge with real-world practice and highlight the lessons gained from everyday work in the contracting industry.
